The Chinese claim will in any case be less by the value of the two Skoda locos which, according to the enclosure in your letter (55136/90/47) to Coates of the 6th December 1947, were then at last being shipped to Hong Kong. What is the present position, Skoda locos and what is the value now out on these locos?
